SLOAN Danny R. Sloan, 62, Inchon, South Korea, died
March 28, 2005. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and
Dorothy Sloan of Grove City. Survivors include his wife, Jung Soon;
two daughters, Bobbie Splechter of Springfield, MO. and Melody (Nick)
Hawkins of Holden, MO.; son, Steve, of Shoreline, WA; brother, Richard
of Plain City and sister, Lynda Southall of Grove City; four
grandchildren, Kerri Wolf, Andrew and Ariel Splechter and Caden
Hawkins. He graduated from Grove City High School in 1960 and was an
English professor at Inha University. A celebration of his life will
be held on Saturday, May 7, at 11 a.m. at Trinity United Methodist
Church, 4850 Haughn Road, Grove City. Rev. Carl Martin presiding.
Family and friends will gather after the service at the Willows
Clubhouse at Hoover Road and Quail Creek Blvd. in Grove City.
